To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." When I try to open any of those iexplorer.exe I get blue box saying "This app can't run on your PC. When I searched my hard drive I found like 15+ iexplore.exe files in different folders in my 'c:\windows' directory. nor does the 'c:\program files (x86)\Internet Explorer' subdirectory.

'c:\program files\internet explorer' does not contain iexplore.exe. I open the install file and it is "finished" in a split second as though it did nothing, which I am assuming it did nothing. I have already just tried to reinstall IE 11 by downloading and installing. To go ahead and hopefully help you all help me a little more easily, I will go through what I have done/tried/found up to this point. I did already completely uninstall and reinstall QuickBooks Pro 2020 Desktop today and that didn't do it. It just gives me an error saying it cannot run without IE11 and to install it. I cannot go into QuickBooks until this is fixed. I contacted support, who had me resort the memorized report list, but it didn't solve the problem.So I need Internet Explorer 11 for QuickBooks to run. After I upgraded, my memorized reports weren't available.

I just upgraded to QB desktop pro 2021 because 2018 is being discontinued. I was told I could continue to work in my corrupted data file, but would need to input everything again once the file was fixed!! Who has time for this? Now I need to keep a log to figure out what I need to do when I get the file back? Pease tell me if you know of anything I can do to expedite this, or fix it myself.

I can't be without QuickBooks for that long!! Then I got an email saying it will take on average 5+ additional days to get assigned to an expert!!! I was told it would take 2-3 business days to fix. Technical support had me upload my data file to their data services resolution services to fix. My data file was corrupted when I upgraded QB desktop pro 2018 to 2021. I'm very upset with Intuit - beware if you upgrade to Desktop Pro !!!!
